Of Ice and Fire

Name based off of a Song of Ice and Fire, which is a series of fantasy novels, the first being The Game of Thrones. The name also signifies the battle between the two hop groups, Centennial and Amarillo being classic American hops, and Zappa and Sabro being the spicier neomexicanus hops. -

An American IPA hopped with hand selected Citra in the kettle and dry hopped with El Dorado LUPOMAX and Hop Head Farms grown El Dorado. -
Into the Cave

This Stout showcases strong notes of caramel and chocolate from traditional English malts, and with an ABV at just over 8%, it is more tolerable than a super high ABV Stout. -
Fresh Take
Hoppy Saison5.5% ABV | 27 IBU | 3.5 SRM
This is the second Saison James' brewed. James utilized oats in this Saison to add a smooth character to the beer, which compliments the yeast. The Meridian hops add an interesting berry note which combined with the oats resembles a fruit smoothy.
